The English morning reading activities of Honor’s College have been carried out for three months

Since the beginning of this semester, the English morning reading activities of Honor’s College have been carried out for three months. During these three months, every morning at about 7:30, students of all grades come to the English morning reading room in the college building, and choose different morning reading materials according to their own interests and needs and take English reading and reciting for about an hour. On the morning of May 31, Ms. Yuan Yun, the deputy dean of the college, conducted a monthly review of English morning reading to the students.

First of all, Ms. Yuan shared with students some of her photos taken in different English reading mornings. The photos record the students' perseverance and good efforts on English learning. She also showed the statistics of English morning reading activities in May by means of tables and bar charts Students, Wu yuerui, Zhao Chongnan, Yang Haitao, Abdel Salam, Xu Nachuan, Abdel Waili and A Si Rong were highly recognized by their persistent of attending English reading in mornings.

These students were also awarded some small gifts as an encouragement, hoping that students can continue to maintain their enthusiasm for learning English and actively participate in this activity.

English morning reading is one of the English learning platforms provided by Honor’s college. In addition to it, the college has also held international courses, dreamland English corner and international Qizhen salons and lectures to create more opportunities for students to learn English and improve their international level.
