On the morning of March 31, many students gathered at Qixiang Room of Honors College (HC) and continued their English Morning as usual as they did in each of the previous days of this Month. “English Morning” is a place for HC students to read and speak English on a daily base.

Ms. Yuan Yun (the deputy dean of HC), who has accompanied students in each morning for English learning and hosted the weekly Guided English Learning in Mornings, held a review meeting of English Morning, together with Ms. Wei Xiaodong (the secretary of international affairs of HC). The meeting was to review and summarize the English Morning activity in March and encourage student participants to continue making efforts on English learning.

The distribution of the participants in each grade, the number of student participants each day, the participating times of each participant, etc. have been reviewed and shared by Ms. Yuan. The three students participating in English Morning most in March are Li Zuotai, Huang Haokai and Li Zhe, whose efforts are highly appreciated and encouraged by Ms. Yuan.

Interests, Persistence and Determination are important drivers for students to participate in English Morning every day, which will also motivate and enable students to achieve more successes in their future study.
